Media centre
During the day at KIJ pop into the Media Centre.
- Take part in a media workshop
- Pick up a copy of the daily newspaper - Pulse
- Keep up with your friends online in the Internet Cafe
- Recharge your mobile phone, camera etc (you will need to bring your charger)
- Copy your photos to CD/DVD
- Watch KIJ TV
Media workshops
Each day we'll be running media workshops where you can get involved in the production of KIJ TV and Pulse newspaper.Taking part counts towards the 'KIJ Global Explorer Award'. You can also have this part of the award signed off by taking part in media activities occuring around the site. Look out for us - talking on camera, taking part in an interview or submiting a photo for 'Picture of the day' can all count towards the media section of the KIJ Global Explorer Award.
